Mark Ryden's Tree Show
We had a wonderful time at the pre-showing of Mark Ryden's Tree Show,
where we got to meet up with some old friends (Jeff Soto, Colin Turner and
Nancy, Craola, Junko Mizuno, Sam & Tury of Friends w/You, KrK Ryden, Brian McCarty)
and meet some people weve only emailed with:
Brad and Kim of Pressure Printing, Rob from the Screen Arts Gallery in Fla.
and yes, finally see Ryden's finished paintings up close and personal for once.
Mark and Marion Peck were gracious hosts and the show was uhm,
undeniably astounding, complete with model train set amungst a tree shrine
and porceline baby sapling doll sculpture. We went back on Saturday to view
once more. Mark signed a Tree Show Pendant for us as well.
